As the party season approaches, what better way to celebrate than with canapes.
We'll cover a huge variety of flavours and styles, both hot and cold, sweet and savoury, classic and modern.
On the menu everything from duck pancakes, goats cheese tartlets, smoked salmon blinis and chicken satay.
The day starts with coffee and croissants and ends as we sample our creations with a glass of wine. A great way to see out our cooking year!!
